  • The Disappearing Loan Modification Helper

    Another frequently used scam is where a company offers to secure a loan modification on your behalf for a moderate fee. After the homeowner has paid the fee, the company disappears, leaving the homeowner with even less money and a home that is even closer to foreclosure. There are an infinite amount of variations of these types of deceptions and scams.
